Job Title: Landscape Foreman

(Entry-Level with Leadership Growth Opportunity)

Location: Greater Wilmington Area, DE

Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $17, with opportunities for advancement and increased pay based on performance

Position Overview

We're hiring a Landscape Foreman to assist with lawn care, garden maintenance, and hardscaping projects. This is an entry-level role that starts with hands-on labor and learning the ropes, but it's built for someone hungry to advance. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who’s not afraid to get dirty, learn quickly, and eventually take charge.

Own a truck? That’s a huge plus! We offer mileage reimbursement for work-related travel in your personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mowing, edging, mulching, planting, weeding, and clean-ups
• Operate landscaping tools and machinery (training provided)
• Load/unload equipment and materials
• Ensure job sites are clean and work is completed efficiently
• Communicate clearly with team members and clients
• Be flexible with hours and tasks — each day brings something new
• Demonstrate leadership potential and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Landscaping or outdoor work experience is a plus but not required
• Must be physically able to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills
• Owns a truck (preferred — mileage reimbursement available)
• Willingness to learn, show up on time, and take initiative
• Desire to grow with the company and eventually lead a team
